Processing & Delivery
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5–7 business days, depending on your location and any potential delays due to weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Options: We currently offer Standard Shipping. Final shipping costs will be calculated during checkout based on your delivery address.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping.
Tracking & Delivery

Returns & Refunds
At Perrito Pet Products, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Defective products can be returned, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the product value. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process. Please return items unused and in their original packaging.
